Where we work
ACE OT is a mobile occupational therapy service for adults and older adults based in Elmore. We will come to your home to provide our services. We currently service an area within 70km radius of Elmore including but not limited to the Greater Bendigo, Campaspe, Loddon and Gannawarra regions. Travelling longer distances may be accepted dependent on the circumstances.
What we do
Home and safety assessments including recommendations for minor modifications and equipment (please note we are not able to complete complex / structural home modification recommendations)
Falls prevention and strategies
Cognitive, visual and upper limb rehabilitation for post neurological event or chronic neurological conditions
Assistance with re-engaging in activities of daily living
Assessment and prescription of assistive technologies
Pressure area care prevention and strategies
Functional Capacity Assessments and reports for TAC & NDIS

Who we see
ACE OT currently works with:
NDIS participants - plan-managed and self-managed only. We are currently in the process of accreditation to see NDIA-managed participants.
TAC clients
Individuals linked in with a home care package provider
We welcome DVA clients, DVA health cards (Gold & White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
