Feedback, Compliments & Complaints
ACE OT are dedicated to providing an excellent service to all our clients. Your comments about things we are doing well and areas for improvement are greatly appreciated and will be treated in confidence. Based on our values, ACE OT will demonstrate these when handling your feedback or complaint.
Accountability
We aim to resolve your complaint within two weeks and communicate this with you. If you are not satisfied with the outcome we will direct you the appropriate third party of complaints.
Commitment
We are committed to continuously improving our service. Your suggestions will be considered and the outcome communicated back to you.
Equality
We will ensure that all our clients have the ability to provide feedback and that includes providing different ways to provide the feedback (e.g., via the phone, in person)
