Who We Are
Sarah is an occupational therapist who had a vision to provide people living in rural and regional areas to equal access to skilled occupational therapy interventions.
Sarah graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy in 2017. Since graduation, she has worked in the public health care system providing acute and sub-acute OT interventions and has embraced the community setting. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge of working with people adjusting to a new disability or change in their functional status. Sarah has particular interests in post stroke rehabilitation, chronic neurological conditions and dementias but is always keen and ready to work with any individual to help them increase their independence.
Sarah loves being an occupational therapist as she gets to bring positive change to peoples lives by focusing on what is meaningful to the client and using skills from her ‘toolbox’ to increase individuals engagement in all activities of daily living. Sarah will work with you to ensure you are receiving client-centred care as well as working within the guidelines of the specific funding body to optimise your supports.
